The MEP Technician will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems as per site requirements. Technical troubleshooting and equipment handling experience are necessary.

Daily tasks include inspections, repair work, equipment servicing and documentation of maintenance reports. Ideal for ITI/Diploma candidates with technical maintenance background.
